Your Responsibilities
The Culture Unit, with its mission in culture and health, aims for art and culture to be a natural part of both the region's health promotion work and cultural development across the island. This involves promoting and disseminating knowledge in close collaboration with cultural actors, other regions, healthcare providers, and civil society. Research and experience show that the field has great and untapped potential.
As a coordinator, you will work across departments with knowledge development, coordination of actors, procurement of services, and follow-up on how services meet needs. In this role, you contribute to building sustainable structures for the work with culture and health and increasing understanding of the role of culture in health promotion efforts. Administration, finance, procurement, and communication are part of the role.
Who Are You?

You have knowledge and experience in the cultural sector and see culture as a force in societal development. You have worked with project management where you have independently and collaboratively driven initiatives and achieved results. You are accustomed to driving processes with a long-term focus, as well as creating and maintaining networks. You can present and summarize information and have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are good at collaborating and have a humble and attentive approach. You enjoy working within a government structure and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are analytical, take initiative, have a holistic view, and the ability to prioritize and focus. Furthermore, you are development- and results-oriented and can create effective solutions to various types of challenges, which requires communicative skills and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
